No, Healthy Together’s Standby List is free for patients and providers.

Who is eligible?

You are eligible to sign up for the Healthy Together Standby List if you meet all of the following:

  • You have a mobile number with SMS capabilities

  • You live in the United States

  • You are 18+ years of age

  • You have not already received a COVID vaccine dose

  • You are legally and medically able to

What do I need to register for the Standby List?

You will register using your name, date of birth, zip code and valid mobile phone number. We use this data to confirm your eligibility and help match you with unused vaccines from nearby providers.

What happens when I get notified?

When you receive a text message of vaccine availability at a nearby provider, you will have 15 minutes to respond and confirm the vaccine appointment before it is offered to the next individual on the standby list. Once confirmed, you will receive a link to a confirmation page with the details of your appointment and any additional instructions from the provider. You may be asked to present this confirmation page and your photo ID when you arrive for your vaccine.

What can I do to help get my community get vaccinated faster?

You can help raise awareness for the Healthy Together COVID-19 Vaccine Standby Service by printing this info sheet for providers and sharing it with the staff at your local vaccination site.

Who will have access to my information?

After your vaccine appointment has been booked, the vaccine provider will have access to your name and date of birth to confirm your identity on site.
