You are eligible to sign up for the Healthy Together Standby List if you meet all of the following:

• You have a mobile number with SMS capabilities

• You live in the United States

• You are 18+ years of age

• You have not already received a COVID vaccine dose

You will register using your name, date of birth, zip code and valid mobile phone number. We use this data to confirm your eligibility and help match you with unused vaccines from nearby providers.

When you receive the notification of vaccine availability from a nearby provider, you will have 15 minutes to respond and confirm the vaccine appointment before it is offered to the next individual on the standby list. Additional instructions will be given by the vaccine provider.

After your vaccine appointment has been booked, the vaccine provider will have access to your name and date of birth to confirm your identity on site. All of your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can change your mind and delete your information at anytime. View our full Privacy Policy
